Clay Harris tops Morgan Sheffield Memorial at Needmore

Making a last-minute decision, Clay Harris traveled to Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) on Saturday afternoon to pilot his Rescue Metal Framing No. 6 Late Model for the fourth annual Morgan Sheffield Memorial.

Topping the 15-car field in time trials with a 15.954-second lap, Harris locked into the pole for the main event. Winning by more than a three-second margin, Clay stormed to his fifth win of the season in the 25-lap affair. He took the checkers ahead of Henry Carter, Tyler Sanders, Jonah Bozeman, and Cody Stevens.
