Harris records strong eighth-place outing in Pittsburgher with Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series
Making his way up North for another weekend of Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competion, Clay Harris invaded Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway (Imperial, Pa.) on Friday afternoon for the first night of the Pittsburgher.
After a forgettable 22nd-place finish in Friday's opener, Harris found speed on Saturday by nabbing the final transfer spot in his heat race and charging forward eight spots in the $50,000-to-win finale to score a Top-10 finish in eighth.
Harris is currently 13th in the LOLMDS point standings.
